Overview

Innova Quality Control is a flexible data registration and monitoring module specifically designed for  quality control inspection in food processing plants. Innova QC can run as a standalone system or be integrated into larger production systems, such as trimming and deboning lines, as well as with other Innova software.

Innova QC handles a variety of inspection items, processes and responses. Results can be viewed in standard or customised reports, while inspections can be linked directly to a variety of production parameters for product traceability.

Innova QC is a valuable aid to implementing an overall production quality control system, and can be used, for example, to register information at all critical control points when implementing a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
