Overview
The Conveyorized Pork Belly Skinner uses Townsend skinning technology, which allows users to maintain consistently high yields throughout the skinning process. The Skinner has many customisable possibilities, using both open-top and conveyorised skinning technologies.
The shoe is held in a fixed front-to-rear position, and does not move to an open bite position when product is not present between the top-feed and the skinning blade.
