Overview
The Marel IXP Mini Spiral Freezer is a fully factory assembled series which offers great savings in terms of installation time at the site. This freezing range can be used for a great variety of products, such as seafood products, shrimp, vegetables, French fries, dairy products, ice cream, meat, poultry, tray- packed products and others.
The freezers are based on the well-proven ArcticFlow® horizontal airflow principle, which ensures ultra short, uniform and rapid freezing, while providing great energy savings and days of operation without any defrosting requirements.
The IXP Mini Spiral offers many unique advantages and features including adjustable airflow and multiple adjustable freezing times, while meeting all current requirements relating to freezing equipment.
