Filleting and trimming flowlines for both wild and farmed whitefish help streamline processing with less product handling and continuous data collection. The raw material is weighed, graded, cut and packed in a continuous flow, increasing capacity by 50 to 80% per man-hour. This results in higher throughput and increased labor efficiency.
