Marel is giving notification of the End of Full Service (EOFS) for the following products:
- Linear Meat Harvester MRS 10
- Linear Meat Harvester MRS 20
- Linear Meat Harvester MRS 60
The EOFS date, after which the above products will only be supported on a best-effort basis, will be 1 May 2016. For example, from this date, support will only be provided during office hours, there will be longer response times, availability of spare parts will be reduced or limited, and retrofit or upgrade kits will not be available.
Customers are strongly advised to upgrade to one of the following replacement products as soon as possible:
- ProFIVE
- ProTEN

This notice serves as formal communication of Marel’s decision to end the life of the products noted. Content herein is not intended to supersede Marel’s existing contractual commitments.
