A user-friendly interface makes the SC 250 slicer safe and easy to operate, with a color touchscreen that displays different slicing programs for angle intervals and thickness.

Greater flexibility

Automatic angle and slice thickness adjustment provide higher output, more usable slices and more uniform weight, improving yield and keeping waste to a minimum.

• Available in a multi-angle version, with a cutting angle range of 10°-68°
• Capacity of up to 250 slices per minute, or around 300 kg per hour
• Spacing between products is optimized by one of several software applications included

Monitor and control slicing

The Innova module for slicing lets you monitor and control the slicing process in real time. A live dashboard shows the status of the salmon as it moves through the cutting line. This gives you a clear overview so you can quickly and easily make improvements or take corrective action to ensure production is running optimally. User-friendly program management allows you to control slicing settings remotely and for multiple devices.

Get operational insight

Important information about  lots and batches is collected and stored in the Innova database. Standard reports can then be created, giving you an insight into operational performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This statistical analysis removes the guesswork and allows you to make data-driven decisions to optimize your slicing process. It also provides vital traceability data for customer verification of production results.
