Thanks to the combination of a stable, special cast-iron frame, U-bars and heavy scraper rollers, the Tarzan dehairing machine is suitable for high loads. Together with a scalding system, the Tarzan forms the core of the dirty pig slaughter line.

A continuous flow of water and a spiral conveyor ensure that hair and nails are automatically removed via a perforated collection channel, at the bottom of the machine.

The smooth stainless steel inside the machine and a continuous flow of water along the ceiling and sidewalls ensure minimal contamination, whilst at the same time also reduce bacterial growth to a minimum.
