The I-Cut 122 PortionCutter combines high levels of accuracy, throughput and reliability with innovative software. The dual-lane I-Cut 122 cuts boneless, non-frozen fish products to fixed weight and/or uniform dimensions, while give-away is kept to an absolute minimum.

Increasing yield

The dual-lane I-Cut 122 offers one of the highest throughputs in the market and will match future requirements for potion cutting line capacities. It can operate at 2000 cuts per minute per lane. On each lane, the knife ring angle can be adjusted.

Numerous new cutting patterns and superior accuracy levels enable processors to maximize the use of raw materials, minimize giveaway and increase yield.

The advanced vision control technology on the I-Cut 122 combined with the innovative portioning software results in accurate cutting.

The I-Cut 122 perfectly integrates with Marel's intelligent production control software Innova. Innova allows for easy-to-use remote programming, control, real-time monitoring and reporting on actual performance. Information about all pieces and portions is collected in real-time and stored in the Innova database, enabling users to analyze and optimize their portioning process.

Monitor and control portioning

The Innova module for portioning lets you monitor and control your processing in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as throughput, yield and weight distribution. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to easily control the portion cutter settings directly from the office. Cutting programs can be stored and shared among two or more portion cutters.

Get operational insight

Information about all pieces and portions is collected and stored in the Innova database. Standardized, ready-to-print reports can then be created to give you an insight into operational performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This statistical analysis takes away the guesswork and allows you to make data-driven decisions to optimize your portioning process.

Connect your business

Innova software can be implemented stand-alone with your portion cutter or it can be integrated with other Marel processing equipment across a full-line solution. This gives you central control over production, leading to optimized processing, higher yields and complete traceability for each and every portion created.
