The Singulator gives you the ideal solution to this problem. It has an unrivaled level of accuracy and reliability—even on smaller portions. It ensures perfect separation and optimal alignment of portions, right at the knife, so you can work more easily with them after cutting. It optimizes process flow and efficiency and at the same time, reduces give away and increases the quality of your end product.
The Singulator is an optional module designed specifically for the I-Cut 130 PortionCutter. It handles portions of, boneless beef or pork primal portions, such as loins and neck. It can process fixed-weight or length portions as well as multiple target weights and roasts.
