Innova Remote System Inspection is a proactive service designed to minimize unexpected downtime through preventive maintenance to the software, database, network, server or other critical IT infrastructure. The service is based on the Innova production system and performs predefined tasks according to our best practice.

Database check

The database is kept in an optimal state based on database size and growth, data availability, and hardware setup with regular database checks and maintenance.

Server check

Collect and analyze disk utilization and space, memory usage. Event logs are reviewed and handled based on severity.

Network check

Check if network performance is optimal and correct any minor bottlenecks or errors.

Software upgrade evaluation

Inform about new features and functionality review. Key benefits of upgrading the Innova system to latest version.

Training evaluation

Evaluate current competence level of customer’s personnel running and using the system (IT, production and management) and suggest training or other actions.

Remote system report

After each remote check, the customer receives a visit report containing the inspection results with possible recommendations for further actions.
