One machine—three functions

The RevoBreader has both flatbed and drum breader modes in one enclosure allowing you to quickly and easily switch between creating homestyle and standard coated products such as strips, popcorn and tenders, coated nuggets and schnitzels. The RevoBreader can also operate as a pre-dusting machine with optional dust cyclone to help maintain a clean, dust-free working environment.

Unrivalled homestyle coating

The RevoBreader’s unique drum size gives you a flaky homestyle texture that’s second to none and perfectly suited for retail or QSR restaurants. The large drum also guarantees high levels of pickup, optimum coverage and excellent retention of crumb during the frying process.

Changeovers in less than two minutes

Thanks to the Revobreader’s large drum size, switching between homestyle and flatbed coatings couldn’t be easier. The processing line doesn’t need to be reconfigured and there’s no removal of any machine parts, the flatbed belt is simply extended through the drum. It takes less than two minutes, so downtime is minimal.

Less handling-less labor

In drum mode, the RevoBreader evenly spreads product across the belt after tumbling, without the need for additional manual handling. This not only reduces labor but also improves the products’ transition into the next processing step. It is also critical to ensure products do not stick together and the delicate layers of homestyle breading are preserved.

Marel coating equipment is available with various belt widths (600, 700 and 1,000 mm) to suit a wide range of requirements.

By controlling and monitoring the recipes and production, Innova Food Processing Software ensures that the end product aligns with the customers’ orders. The supplied real-time data for performance monitoring ensures better food quality and food safety.
Innova’s full traceability program provides an overview of the raw materials' journey through the processing plant. As a part of this, the traceability engine records every process step in the convenience line. Together with the Recipe Manager tool, it’s easy to track systematically what has been made, when, where and by whom.

Cyclone for your clean production

The powerful vacuum easily attaches to the RevoBreader, drawing excess coating directly from the machine to ensure a dust-free environment. The hygienic system means left over crumbs, flakes or flour can be collected in the Cyclone. Accessory is available to suit 600, 700 and 1000 mm machine widths.

Tool Cart for a streamlined cleaning process

The Tool Cart accessory serves as a handy companion during equipment cleaning and maintenance. Made from durable stainless steel and equipped with convenient hooks and wheels, it provides an organized place to keep machine parts and tools during disassembly. By storing components in one place, the cart ensures everything is secure and within reach. Add the Tool Cart accessory for a streamlined cleaning process and a clutter-free workspace.

CrumbFeeder for increased coating efficiency and ergonomics

CrumbFeeder increases efficiency on the coating line in a simple, ergonomic and labor-efficient way.

Operators add several bags of coating material to the CrumbFeeder at an ergonomically safe height, with the feeder bringing up the material as it's needed. A sensor in the machine's bunker gives a signal when the level is low, so it's easy to monitor when additional material needs to be added.

By automatically bringing up coating material and alerting when the level is low, the CrumbFeeder reduces the demands on labor to free operators to manage several machines while keeping the line running.
