SmartLine Graders offer the speed and accuracy of previous generations of Marel Graders, with greatly enhanced hygiene and serviceability. With its modular design, the SmartLine can be configured to meet your grading and batching needs.

Open frame, hygienic design

The SmartLine Grader has an IP69K rating and can be stripped down and reassembled in seconds, making it trouble-free and effective to maximize uptime.

To ensure food safety its unique open-frame design and minimal horizontal surfaces ensure maximum hygiene during high-pressure wash-down.

Constant air pressure

The innovative electrical and pneumatic routing system ensures constant air pressure upon demand.

Single, dual and twin lane

The SmartLine Grader is available in single, dual and twin lane configurations to accommodate each capacity and application need.

A single-lane SmartLine Grader can have receiver gates at both sides of its belt.

The dual Lane SmartLine Grader features two belts, each with its own independent row of output bins on the side to handle higher capacities.

The twin lane custom configuration enables optimum batching performance from two separate streams of raw material, for example, different sizes. The two belts work together to produce specified batches. Products are discharged in bins or chutes between the two belts. This setup has a significant impact on the batching performance as it allows the batching algorithm to select individual items from a wider selection of raw materials to produce the required orders with minimal giveaway. 

Real-time monitoring with Innova

A comprehensive, real-time reporting function that gives the operator a complete overview of the production process using Innova Food Processing Software. Data produced can then be viewed on dashboards, enabling smarter decision-making.
