Single lane

The single-lane SmartLine Grader can be equipped with gates on both sides of its belt.

Dual Lane

The dual-lane SmartLine Grader features two belts to handle higher capacities. Each belt has its own independent row of output bins on the side.

Twin Lane

The twin lane custom configuration enables batching from two separate streams of raw material, e.g., different sizes or flocks. The two lanes work together to produce specified batches. Products are discharged into bins or chutes between the two belts. This setup has a significant impact on the batching performance as it allows the batching algorithm to select individual items from a wider selection of raw material to fulfill the required orders. The SmartLine Grader with twin lanes creates batches from two streams of products, doubling the number of pieces to choose from for each batch. One stream with lightweight products and a second stream with heavier products can be blended to create a batch with optimum yield.

Monitor and control grading

The Innova module for grading lets you monitor and control your processing in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as weight distribution, giveaway and throughput. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to control grader settings directly from the office.

Get operational insight

Information about all batches produced is collected and stored in the Innova database. Standard reports can then be created, giving you an insight into operational performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
