The Marel SpeedBatcher creates bulk batches at high speed, automatically weighing raw material into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the optimum batch weight. This capability enables the SpeedBatcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in terms of both speed and accuracy. In addition, the unit is fully automatic from input to delivery.

Innova software monitors and delivers real-time information from the SpeedBatcher during production. The software provides a complete overview of all aspects of the batching process and its results. At the same time, the graphical user interface allows the user to see and change both the program and products currently running on the batcher, as well as make reports on critical factors such as giveaway, throughput and efficiency.

Monitor and control batching

The Innova module for SpeedBatchers lets you monitor and control your batching operation in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as giveaway and throughput. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to control the SpeedBatcher settings directly from the office.

Get operational insight

Information about all batches produced is collected and stored in the Innova database. Standard reports can then be created giving you an insight into operational performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This statistical analysis takes away the guesswork and allows you to make data-driven decisions to optimize your batching.
