Fast flexible production
The Line produces up to 36,000 sausages per hour. Its modular design lets you change quickly and easily between products. Sausage length and diameter can be altered without difficulty, even during production, and in a matter of minutes, you can change from a natural to an alginate casing.
Substantial cost reductions
The system is highly automated, which significantly reduces labor costs. When using coextrusion, savings are substantial as the alginate casing is considerably less expensive than natural or collagen casing.
