The LinearOven steams, cooks or grills a wide range of ready-to-eat products. Capacity depends on the execution chosen and on product requirements, such as desired core temperature, correct color, bite and taste perception. The system is flexible and suitable for lower capacities. It has been designed to be both energy efficient and easy to clean.
