The superior quality of the finished product is also achieved by means of our unique square intermeshing mixers, which ensure minimal and efficient mixing times. CO2 or nitrogen may be added if desired to obtain the correct temperature for the forming process.

Controlling meat preparation

To let you to create a meat mass with a consistent, uniform quality, our preparation line for burgers uses a central recipe management system. It takes full control of the line, ensuring intelligent product handling, full traceability and giving you a more secure and reliable meat preparation process, independent of skilled operators.

Monitoring and reporting

The system gives you a complete overview of individual machine status as well as the general operation of the full line, including fault and alarm handling. For added safety, the system also has a global emergency-stop function. For quality management, batch reports can also be viewed.

Central recipe management

To ensure every batch prepared meets your precise specifications, you can create, edit and store your recipes centrally. They system also allows you to specify routings of individual batches
