Automation is currently one of the most important drivers of the meat industry and the demonstrations of Marel’s MSP Splitting Saw drew a lot of attention because of this.
The MSP is a fully automatic machine, which divides the carcass in to equal halves in one single operation, which ensures constant performance and contributes to a more hygienic slaughtering process.

At the Marel stand, we also presented the new generation Frank-A-Matic Linker for filling, linking and hanging cellulose and collagen casing. Leveraging over 50 years of equipment knowledge and technological expertise, the Frank-A-Matic Linker offers industry-leading consistency in weight and length control for continuous, high-speed cellulose and collagen cased products.
