A viscera shackle conveys the viscera pack through the intestine/gallbladder remover installed immediately behind a Nuova evisceration system or the veterinary inspection station, its location being determined by local veterinary regulations.
Equipped with a collecting bin and central drain, which can be connected to an offal vacuum transport system. If the collecting cyclone/discharge tank of the vacuum installation is installed near the intestine/gallbladder remover, any debris can be discharged via the collecting bin.
