The StreamLine for trimming replaces a manual table, conveyor or tray-based trimming system. It is designed to be part of an integrated processing solution following a hand filleting line or filleting machine.

Real-time monitoring with Innova

The StreamLine integrates with Marel Innova production management software. Throughout the process, Innova collects production data, thereby also monitoring individual performance of the workers.

The data is used to control the incoming and outgoing flow of raw material on the line, which includes the quality inspection process.

The data can be used to track valuable KPIs or quality aspects and provides useful real-time information on the performance and yield of individual workers and the complete StreamLine.
