Manual unloading of containers becomes easy by using the hydraulic elevator platform in combination with GP turkey containers. This stand-alone solution is very suitable for processing plants up to 500 tph.
The GP container can be opened at two sides. In this way, operators on both sides of the elevator platform can take the turkeys out of the container. This can be done at an optimum height, as the platform in the middle can adjust its vertical position. There’s no need to lift the turkeys to hang them in the shackles with much physical effort. The birds are immediately at the right height, which is a great ergonomic advantage.
Fork lifts can simply access the platform to supply the system with one 3-layer container each time.
The system gives full access to all parts for thorough manual cleaning.
