TREIF LION and TREIF LION bacon

Flexible portioning and slicing, the TREIF LION and TREIF LION bacon provide high-speed accuracy when cutting raw material. The dynamic feed system ensures cutting precision for the consistent thickness of slices and portions, even with continuous product feed.

Both solutions have large cutting chambers that can accommodate bulky pieces of raw material, minimizing pre-cutting to increase throughput speed and reduce manual handling.

While the TREIF LION bacon has the flexibility to cut a range of raw materials, it really shines when used for the precision portioning of bacon and other pork products from fresh, frozen, smoked, or cooked, with or without rind.

To suit the specific needs of all processing lines, both the TREIF LION and TREIF LION bacon are available with the choice of a simple control panel or a user-friendly touchscreen with programming capabilities and with or without a conveyor belt infeed.
